About

KP Connected started in January 2020 offering staff wellbeing choirs to businesses within the Nottingham area. We provide staff wellbeing through activities led by professionals. Our aim is to provide a space for workers to feel like valued assets to their team. Our members have the confidence to communicate with one another and they feel energised after our sessions, feeling motivated and productive.

We tailor each of our sessions to suit you best; coming to your workplace, working within your schedules, and finding the plan that's right for you.

Since 2016 I have also been offering private music tuition. This can be included as part of your plan or organised independently of a business.

Our Activities

Our activities are designed to bring together your team to keep people happy and healthy within their workplace.

Staff Choir

Our staff choirs are designed to be accessible by all. Our professionals base their sessions upon well known songs building peoples confidence and creating fun for everyone.

Music Tuition

If you are interested in learning a musical instrument I also offer private tuition in singing, Piano, Saxophone and music Theory.

Private Music Lesson

I currently offer 121 lessons in the Surrey and Berkshire area. I also offer zoom lessons to those further afield.

I have a music degree from the University of Nottingham and have enjoyed performing in venues across the UK and in Europe.

I have an enhanced DBS check and have over 10 years of experience teaching children from age 4 -18. More recently I have enjoyed teaching over 18s.

Currently I teach beginner piano, beginner and intermediate saxophone and music theory and beginner to advanced singing.

1 hour lesson - £46

30 minutes - £23

30 minutes (zoom) - £17.50

Please do get in touch about possible bundles of lessons for more than one person.

Offer avalaible to purchase from October - December but lessons can be delivered at any point in the year.

I've really loved these sessions! I've found it helpful how Kate leads the class, starting with vocal warm up exercises, and then teaching and guiding us through a song, verse by verse, and building up to the whole thing. Singing together always lifts my spirits! I look forward to when we can meet up in person again after lockdown, but in the meantime, the online sessions have been a nice way to keep practising.
